So, I’m a bit of a fitness and health freak. I detox frequently – 5 days without food, only water, 3 times a day freshly squeezed orange juice and cinnamon and honey hot drink 3 times a day too. I workout everyday and I absolutely love my salads for lunch. I’ve just discovered a new drink that I make each morning.
I think this green drink is turning me into the pop-eye man. It’s giving me so much energy! I do hope it lasts.
Handful of spinach leaves
3-4 sliced pineapples – from can,
half a banana.
4 blocks of Ice – I love my drinks chilled – optional.
Mix in Blender until all ingredients are combined.
